a fitted kitchen with all utensils, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small dining table and chairs
in the hall

bathroom with large shower area, sink and toilet
there are 2 aircon units providing heat and air conditioning at either end of the apartment
Outside area
there is a covered balcony and sun terrace available to this apartment
there are steps to this apartment so may not be suitable for some people

Both these apartments come with bed linen and kitchen towels, bath/hand towels are not provided unless agreed beforehand
We do welcome people with pets and children, however please advise beforehand
These apartments are both non smoking, but smoking is permitted in the games room though not over the pool table
The pool is 2.2 m deep without a shallow end, so not suitable for small children, all children must be supervised at all
times.
The apartments are WIFI enabled
A welcome pack will be provided, with some basic items such as sugar, tea, coffee, bread, jam, cereal and milk.
Long lets are a minimum of 8 weeks paid in advance, plus a *damages deposit.
Electricity and logs are included in the price for short term lets only.
Electricity is charged extra on arrival during long lets of and is charged as follows
1st May to 30th Sept 90 leva per 4 weeks
1st Oct to end of Feb 120 leva per 4 weeks
*A damage deposit of 320 euro (625 leva) is due on arrival for long lets, this is returned to you within 4 weeks of you
leaving, after all checks are made to the apartment.
The water and electricity supplies to the village occasionally have interruptions, this is entirely beyond our control
and we hope it will not spoil your enjoyment of our village.

We can arrange airport pickups/drop offs from to the Yambol/Elhovo/Sliven area
We reserve the right to change any specifications without notice unless we feel the changes will spoil the enjoyment
of your stay with us.
